We are seeking an experienced and professional Bartender to join our high-end Italian restaurant, VENTUNO, on the 21st floor of the Ruby-Emma Hotel in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating delicious cocktails. If you have a true passion for mixology and all aspects of beverages & bartending and desire to deliver excellent service with flair and efficiency, VENTUNO is your golden opportunity to shine.
Responsibilities
- prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in a prompt and courteous manner;
- respond to customer inquiries and special requests, providing recommendations and suggestions;
- maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring proper stock levels and supplies;
- follow established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality;
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience;
- participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a high-end restaurant;
- mixology skills and knowledge of current cocktail trends;
- ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints;
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
- organizational and communication skills.
