You will be responsible for maintaining a warm, inviting, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. Responsibilities
- greet and seat guests, providing menu recommendations and information;
- manage reservations and waitlist, ensuring efficient seating and dining experience;
- assist with setup and maintenance of the dining room, ensuring a clean and attractive environment;
- respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner;
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Host/Hostess in a high-end restaurant;
- interpersonal and communication skills;
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
- organizational and multitasking skills;
- professional demeanor and appearance.
